This category includes all projects that are developed with the end-user experience in mind and engage end-users. Gaining insight through digital tools, end-user interactions (D2C, website, social media, app, etc.), and omnichannel management projects are covered in this scope.
This category evaluates improvements, optimizations, cost/operating expense reductions, labor-saving applications, and increases in productivity achieved through digital technologies in manufacturing operations.
This category encompasses projects that achieved efficiency increases and cost savings through digital technologies in support functions (human resources, finance, accounting, etc.).
All new digital products, services, business models, and tools developed for all stakeholders (B2B, B2C, employees, suppliers) fall under this category.
This category involves all projects that obtained results by collecting, interpreting, and finding meaning in data. Interpreting the data collected from systems, processes, or digital channels (including third-party data collaborations) by developing campaigns, products, services, and processes, and all data analytics practices (preventive, predictive, and machine learning algorithms), data visualization, and data management projects are included in this scope.
This category includes all successful or unsuccessful digital product, service, new technology (metaverse, nft, web 3.0, artificial intelligence etc.) or campaign attempts, provided that they are implemented and promoted learning. In other words, it encompasses projects encouraging trial-and-error learning such as prototypes (minimum viable products) and iterations developed and implemented with an agile approach instead of long-term comprehensive projects.
This category contains digital and social media projects which solely provide communication through the internet (web, extranet, intranet, blog, vlog, mobile, posts, entertainment, expertise sites, influencers, microsites, etc.). Applicants in this category are expected to clearly define marketing and communication strategies, target audiences, creative ideas, objectives, and media metrics, and submit precise metrics to demonstrate that communication expectations and business objectives are met or exceeded.
